4. Booking and Engagement

All coaching programmes and workshops are subject to availability. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and Meridian Coaching UK Ltd. Specific terms relating to scheduling, session duration, and programme structure will be detailed in your individual coaching agreement.

5. Fees and Payment

• All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due in accordance with the terms set out in your individual service agreement or invoice.
• We reserve the right to adjust our fees at any time, though changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.
• Programme cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund, less a 10% administration fee.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.
• Workshop and event bookings are transferable to another attendee but are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Meridian Coaching UK Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

We treat all information shared during coaching engagements as strictly confidential. We will not disclose the content of coaching sessions to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Our coaches adhere to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics regarding confidentiality.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our coaching and training services are designed to support personal and professional development. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Meridian Coaching UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or Services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
